Perched above the horse stalls and Parade Ring, The Parade Social is an all-inclusive experience exclusive to VRC Members and their guests.

Combining the worlds of racing and social, there’s no better place to enjoy the Carnival- with special racing guests, delicious food and views of the world’s best racehorses. It's the perfect spot to meet fellow Members and connect through racing.

Guests will be greeted with a signature cocktail on arrival and enjoy a curated all-day grazing menu and beverages presented by Atlantic.

There’s nowhere quite like The Birdcage during Cup Week – it’s where atmosphere, style and anticipation collide. Whether it’s your first visit or your annual tradition, it always feels like the place to be.             

Members and their guests can enjoy the buzz of The Birdcage with the comfort and convenience of a reserved table for the day. Conveniently close to the Birdcage Live Stage, your table is yours to return to as the mood dictates. 

Please note: Prices are per person and include a $50 food and beverage voucher to spend on the day at all retail food and beverage outlets. Guest ticket price also includes racecourse and Members Enclosure entry.

Guests can access your Rails Promenade site with a Rails Pedestrian Pass, which allows access to The Rails Promenade and The Birdcage.

The Nursery lets members create their own bespoke Cup Week celebration. Whether it’s an elegantly catered affair or a laid-back picnic with friends, it’s your day, your way.

Bring your own gourmet hampers and favourite drinks - or take the stress out of planning with help from accredited hirers and caterers.

With entertainment, full racing coverage, and on-site betting facilities, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable day at the races. Plus, on Victoria Derby Day and TAB Champion Stakes Day, there will be an exciting range of activities and games for our Phar Lap Club and Junior Members!

Take your Melbourne Cup Carnival experience up a notch with a Nursery Super Site – the ultimate in space, style and trackside hosting.

Whether you’re entertaining friends, family or colleagues, a Super Site gives you the room to make a statement.

Each Super Site measures approximately 11m x 3m and includes a 6m x 3m marquee roof and surrounding fence. 

Super Sites are subject to the following: 

• Strictly no flooring or annexe structures can be placed within a Super Site. 

• There is no power to the Super Sites and the use of generators is strictly prohibited.
