VRC Members can purchase Daily Guest Tickets which provide entry into Flemington and access to all areas of the Members Enclosures (except the Members Bar), including The Nursery, The Birdcage and The Rails Promenade.

Keep a look out for the venues that do not require a booking throughout the guide - from traditional favourites to new experiences for young and old, there are so many fabulous options available, all you have to do is scan into the Members Enclosures using your membership card and join the excitement.
If you prefer to have your favourite spot ready and waiting for you, then members will find a wide range of dining options available to book, from the traditional members Dining Room to the vibrant Straight Six. Alternatively, several venues will have a selection of pre-paid reserved tables which members can book, providing a dedicated space for the day and the flexibility to come and go as you please.
The time-honoured tradition of hosting a site in The Rails Promenade or The Nursery* or reserving your own seat in the stands to watch the races and soak in the crowd is also ready and waiting.
*Nursery Sites are not available for purchase on Lexus Melbourne Cup Day.

In 2025, there will be an on-sale date for each of the four days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival – with the on-sale for Members Dining, Members Reserved Tables, Car Parks and Members Enclosure Daily Guest Tickets staggered throughout each of these days.

All you need to know about the Members Carnival On-Sale
All tickets for Members Dining, Members Reserved Tables, Car Parks, Members Enclosure Daily Guest Tickets, and Reserved Seating are available for purchase via Ticketmaster.
All members must be financial for the 2025/26 racing season to access Melbourne Cup Carnival tickets. If you are yet to renew for the 2025/26 season, please visit the VRC Member Portal - My VRC or call the Membership Services Team on 1300 727 575.
For all bookable products, Members Dining, Reserved Tables, Car Parks, Members Enclosure Daily Guest Tickets and Reserved Seating, the following is required at time of purchase:

A MyTicketmaster account: create one at ticketmaster.com.au if you don’t already have one, otherwise login and ensure your details are up to date including your credit card

The barcode number on the back of your VRC Membership card and any Annual Guest Cards

Member barcodes are only eligible for use once per venue or space - either Dining, Reserved Tables, Reserved Seating or a Car Park site - for each day of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
If securing tickets for Members Dining, Reserved Tables or Reserved Seating as a group, nominate one member to book on behalf of the group and please have ready the barcode numbers of any membership or annual guest cards you intend to use.

On Crown Oaks Day and TAB Champions Stakes Day, Restricted Members & International members can simply scan their VRC Membership card to access the course and the Members Enclosure, with no additional ticket required.
Restricted & International Members can scan their VRC Membership card to access Car Parks (The Nursery*, The Rails Promenade and The Birdcage) on all four days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
Restricted & International Members can purchase The Rails Car Park Sites and Pedestrian Passes for their guests on all four days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival, and The Nursery on Howden Victoria Derby Day, Crown Oaks Day and TAB Champions Stakes Day.
